Lieutenant Colonel  Richard D. HUCULIAK  

School Resource Officer; D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Officer; School Threat and Risk Assessment Officer; Crime Prevention Officer, HCCCP Communications Liaison Officer for the National Inter-School Brigade Jamaica Police Cadet Corps Program and, HOBBEMA COMMUNITY CADET CORPS PROGRAM COORDINATOR.

Responsible for the Administration, Financial, Operations, Public Relations, Travel, Policy, Quartermaster, Volunteer Training, Supervision, LEADERSHIP, and promotion of the 1013 successful  Hobbema Community Cadets.  Cst. Huculiak has completed 21 years in the RCMP as a General Duty, Traffic and Crime Prevention Officer in British Columbia and Alberta.  Cst. Huculiak received the Alberta Solicitor General and Public Safety Crime Prevention Officer Award in 2006 for volunteer commitment and mentoring to youth of Wetaskiwin and Hobbema, Alberta in the D.A.R.E. Program and the Hobbema Community Cadet Corps Program.   Cst. Huculiak has volunteered  13,000 hours to the HCCCP from 2005 to 2009.

Colonel  Mark A. LINNELL     RCMP "K" Division Provincial Youth Cadet Program  Manager          Hobbema Cadet Commander

Responsible for setting up new aboriginal  and Metis youth cadet corps throughout Alberta, their drill training, discipline, dress & deportment  and  improving positive relationships between the Cadets the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and First Nations Police.

Mark A. Linnell has completed 43 years combined  service with the  British Marines and Royal Canadian Mounted Police.  He is a Faculty member of the Pacific Business and Law Institute in Vancouver, BC. 

Sgt. Linnell  has volunteered over  10,000 hours to the successful Hobbema Community Cadet Corps Program  and Alberta Community Cadet Program  from  2005 - 2009.

Captain Bryan  MAKINAW.

Montana Band Certified Level 2 Hobbema Community Cadet Instructor and Phase 1 Alberta Community Cadet Officer Instructor  specializing in File Administration, Operations drill/marching & LEADERSHIP skill development and Cree Tradition Protocol of the successful Hobbema Community Cadet Corps Program.  Five year volunteer Instructor representing the Montana Cree Nation. Member of the Hobbema Community Cadet Corps Program Society.  Montana Band Elder.

Captain Noreen BUFFALO. 

Hobbema mother, aunt & grandmother to Hobbema Cadets. Certified Level 2 Hobbema Community Cadet Instructor and Phase 1 Alberta Community Cadet Officer Instructor specializing in Cadet File Administration, Public Relations, drill/marching and LEADERSHIP development skills. Five year volunteer Instructor representing the Samson Cree Nation.  Vice-President of the Hobbema Community Cadet Corps Program Society.

Specializing in  Drill/Marching, Creative Crafts, Public Relations, Public Speaking (40 Developmental Assets philosphy) ,Cultural Protocol and LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS.  Foster parent to two Cadets.Four year volunteer Instructor.  Member of the Hobbema Community Cadet Corps Program Society.
