Lieutenant Colonel Richard D. HUCULIAK
School Resource Officer; D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) Officer; School Threat and Risk Assessment Officer; Crime Prevention Officer, HCCCP Communications Liaison Officer for the National Inter-School Brigade Jamaica Police Cadet Corps Program and, HOBBEMA COMMUNITY CADET CORPS PROGRAM COORDINATOR.
Responsible for the Administration, Financial, Operations, Public Relations, Travel, Policy, Quartermaster, Volunteer Training, Supervision, LEADERSHIP, and promotion of the 966 successful Hobbema Community Cadets. Cst. Huculiak has completed 21 years in the RCMP as a General Duty, Traffic and Crime Prevention Officer in British Columbia and Alberta. Cst. Huculiak received the Alberta Solicitor General and Public Safety Crime Prevention Officer Award in 2006 for volunteer commitment and mentoring to youth of Wetaskiwin and Hobbema, Alberta in the D.A.R.E. Program and the Hobbema Community Cadet Corps Program. Cst. Huculiak has volunteered 12,258 hours to the HCCCP from 2005 to 2009.

Mark A. LINNELL RCMP "K" Division Provincial Youth Cadet Program Manager Hobbema Cadet Commander
Responsible for setting up new aboriginal youth cadet corps throughout Alberta, their drill training, discipline, dress & deportment and improving positive relationships between the Cadets the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and First Nations Police.
Mark A. Linnell has completed 43 years combined service with the British Marines and Royal Canadian Mounted Police. He is a Faculty member of the Pacific Business and Law Institute in Vancouver, BC.
Sgt. Linnell has volunteered over 9000 hours to the successful Hobbema Community Cadet Corps Program from 2005 - 2009.
