Programming Reality

Programming Reality Considers the shapes that content takes in particular programs and genres and the policies that guide program content in Canada. This work combines television studies with a range of contemporary perspectives to explore Canada's national narrative as it is expressed by the interplay between fiction and reality on Canadian television.

Lord’s Distant Vineyard

Lord's Distant Vineyard Dr. McNally critically examines well over 150 years of Oblate and general Catholic history in Canada's western-most province with special emphasis on the Native people and Euro-Canadian settlers. It is the first survey history of the Catholic Church in British Columbia.

The artist was born in Manitoba, Canada, and studied art in Cardiff, Wales. Cooper commenced his career as a commercial artist in Montreal, but returned to London in 1922 to design posters for the LNER, Indian State Railways and London Transport.
