Roy and I are so proud to be associated with the Hobbema Cadet Corp. We would like to thank Daniel, Ellymae, Elishia, Effram, Shylo, David and Cst. Richard for such a great weekend. Hang out with the Cadets and you get to see and meet the people of the world.

Just saw your documentary trip to Jamaica. What a wonderful thing you're experienced. Unfortunately in life, family is not always there for you. There are a lot of good people in this world and you've found people who believe in you . A wise man once told me to never miss a chance to spend time with friends. It must have been amazing to reach out and share with the Jamaican cadets. Enjoy your time with them this summer and, from my heart, I wish each and every one of you the best in your lives. You've received a special gift, people who believe in you, and if each of you can do the same to one person, what a better world it would be. Wishing you all the best!

I just saw the documentary on your trip to Jamaica. What an amazing opportunity, and it looked like you all took full advantage of it. Excellent work on your drill at the final parade. I have been in the military for the past 18 years. I joined as a single mother and remained one my whole career. I have had the opportunity to see the world also. My daughter is now 20 and the mother of a adorable 1 yr old little girl who is half Cree. Unfortunately her father is not involved in his native culture and no longer involved in her life. I hope , after seeing how it hurt those of you that didn't have your father involved in their lives, that he will smarten up when he gets older. But I just wanted to say...awesome job and keep up the good work...

I just saw the documentary. My tears started before I saw yours but mine were because what you are doing is so remarkable and the dedication you have is unstoppable. All of you stand proud and catch that hard ball that was thrown at you and throw it back faster. Ask questions and do not quit because you are the people our world needs more of. Keep working hard and being the beat that you can be.

Words can't express how impressive it is to see these young people working towards such a positive future. Wonderful drill, excellent leadership in the ranks as well as incredible instructors.

I don't know how I can help you continue this excellent experience for these young people, but if I find some of the things you need in my travels I will give you a call.

Best of luck, keep it up!!

Cheers!

Words can't explain what im thinking about you guys. You guys are just so brave. Its just so unbeliveable. I would really like to get to know yous. I myself is a cadet i am with the "Cross Lake, Manitoba Ernest McLeod core #38" and my c.o said that you guys might be coming to Cross Lake for our Winter Excerice also known as the FTX, It would be so much fun if you guys came to our town. I never knew about Hebbema, Alberta, I never even know this place at all. Till my C.O told us about you guys. I still don't know how to explain how much i'm so happy for you guys. You made it through this journey. You still a ways to go. Have fun! Hope you come to Cross Lake, Manitoba some day....so uhmm if i write more i might actually start crying haha. Bye
